The solution currently consists of two assistants, Paul and Elle. Paul specializes in policies and processes, while Elle employs sentiment analysis to provide valuable insights.

Introducing Fuse AI Assistants, advanced digital colleagues designed to revolutionize your workday and enhance productivity. Paul and Ellie are our highly trained AI Assistants capable of carrying out a wide range of tasks, including project management, administrative duties, notifications, scheduling, and more.
Companies can say goodbye to time-consuming and resource-wasting communication across teams and departments as our solution automates these tedious processes. Companies can focus on more important tasks and responsibilities as Fuse AI Assistants handle repetitive and mundane work. Maximize productivity and streamline your workflow with Fuse AI Assistants, freeing up valuable time for critical activities and boosting overall efficiency.
- Please share the skills and technologies your team used during the development of your project.
Large Language Models (LLMs) were instrumental in building conversational agents, enabling natural and engaging interactions. Alongside LLMs, Langchain was a powerful tool for integrating custom data sources, augmenting the conversational experience with personalized information. The team used Zapier toolkits for external integrations and Sentiment Classifier that classifies the sentiment and the urgency level in each employee grievance. Lastly, we used React to create the dashboard for sentiment analysis and MongoDB to store sentimental data.
